Tuina / Anmo Massage
The manual therapy of TCM – targeted massage techniques along the meridians and acupuncture points, soothing for muscular tension and ideal for anyone who prefers treatment without needles.

Tuina – also known as anmo – is the manual therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using techniques such as pushing, kneading, rolling and targeted pressure, I work along the meridians and acupuncture points to release tense muscles and support the flow of qi.
The treatment is particularly suited to muscular tension and related complaints – and to anyone who would like to experience TCM entirely without needles. Pressure and intensity are always adapted to your constitution and your needs.
In TCM, tuina is traditionally used as a complementary therapy – it does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
